Miss Betty Leone Hilt, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. G. Hilt of Galesville, and Albert Morrison, son of Mr. and Mrs. Bert Morrison of Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), were united in marriage at the parsonage in Galesville, Ha. 31st, 1948 at 1 p.m., by Rev. S. E. Vevang performing the double ring ceremony.

The bride wore a suit of aqua gabardine with black accessories. Corsage of white carnations and pompons.

Miss Betty Schaller was bridesmaid, a friend of the bride. She wore a suit of pink gabardine, black accessories and corsage of yellow carnations.

The groom wore a suit of blue and a white carnation.

The bride’s mother wore an aqua dress while the bride’s father wore a suit of blue.

The groom’s mother wore a dress of aqua while the groom’s father wore brown.

The groom’s grandmothers, Mrs. A. E. Cole wore a purple flowered dress, and Mrs. Midge Morrison wore blue.

A reception was held for relatives and friends following the ceremony, at the bride’s home. A very pretty four-layer wedding cake trimmed in yellow and made by Mrs. Charles Anderson of Thorp.
