Tribble, Katherine (1 Oct. 1887 - 6 Apr. 1959)

Mrs. Katherine Tribble, a former resident of Colby, died in a hospital at Fresno, Calif., at the age of 71 years after a long illness. Mrs. Tribble, the former Katherine Pradt, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Pradt, who left Colby in 1908, was born in Wisconsin. She graduated from Colby High School and attended college at Stevens Point. She taught two terms in a rural school. She moved to Fresno, Calif., 46 years ago.

Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. Edward Benzler, Mrs. Joseph Enos, Mrs. Mabel Clark, Mrs. Irvin Wirth and Mrs. Fred Grahner, a son, Alan Tribble, all of Fresno; three sisters, Mrs. Ira Parker of Arizona, Mrs. L. G. Booker of Texas and Mrs. R. O. Harvey of Hot Springs, Arkansas; 14 grand children and three great grand children.
