Russell R. Seelow, 80, died Friday Jan. 16, 2009, at Golden Living Center-Three Oaks in Marshfield.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 19 at Buchanan Funeral Home in Neillsville. Burial will be in Neillsville City Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 18 and 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday at Buchanan Funeral Home.
He was born April 25, 1928, in the town of York to William and Sarah (Peder) Seelow. He was married to Donna (Landgraf) Seelow on July 7, 1956, Neillsville. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He farmed and worked for various businesses in the Neillsville area.
He is survived by his sons Michael (Cheryl) Seelow of Zion, Ill., and David (Barbara) Seelow of Neillsville; daughter Delilah Seelow of Neillsville; brothers Frederick (Ardis) Seelow of Neillsville and William (Karen) Seelow Jr. of Tuscon, Ariz.; sisters Lilah (Ken) Burr of Marshfield, June (Leon) Schnabel, Berdella (Herman) Carl, Cleone Zink, Janet (Richard) Harrington, all of Neillsville, and Beverly (Terry) Snyder of Gainsville, Ga.; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
