Aspen, Patricia Elaine (Marriage –30 December 1950)

Miss Patricia Elaine Aspen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. O.C. Aspen of Neillsville, became the bride of Milford Tesmer, son of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Tesmer, at a ceremony performed in the Zion Evangelical and Reformed Church on Saturday, December 30, at two-thirty o’clock. The Rev. William Koehler performed the ceremony before an altar decked with yellow and white chrysanthemums.

The bride was dressed in a dark green suit and wore a corsage of yellow roses. Mrs. Raymond Tesmer, who was matron of honor, wore a suit of luggage tan with a yellow rose corsage.

Raymond Tesmer, brother of the groom, acted as best man.

Laura Lee Rosekrans sang two selections accompanied by Mrs. Jess Scott.

A wedding reception was held at the Merchants Hotel for 17 guests. The young couple left immediately for Chicago, where they will visit at the Herbert Aspen home. The bride is a senior in Neillsville High School and will continue her schooling. The groom is a graduate of Neillsville High School and is now employed at the Nelson Muffler Plant. He will be inducted into service January 5.
