Glasshof, William (1878? - 15 February 1951)

Funeral services for William Glasshof, 73, a resident of Thorp since childhood, were held Sunday February 18, from the funeral home in Thorp. He died on Thursday, February 15, at the hospital at Stanley. Death was caused by asthma.

Mr. Glasshof was born at New Holstein and was married to Bertha Soderberg, who survives. Also, surviving are the following children: Truman, of Cadott, William, Jr., of Hawthorne, N. J., Jack of St. Paul, Minn., Jerry of Thorp, Mrs. Stanley (Evelyn) Ricksham of Minneapolis, and Mrs. James (Dorothy) Biddle of Thorp.

Other survivors are nine grandchildren and 11 brothers and sisters, among them Otto and Fred Glasshof of Thorp.
