Krepsky, Hattie (8 May 1886 - 27 May 1961)

Miss Hattie Krepsky died Saturday after a lingering illness at the Victory Nursing Home in Stanley where she had been a patient for about a year. Funeral services were conducted Wednesday morning in St. Bernard’s Catholic church in Abbotsford, Rev. George P. Mathieu, pastor of St. Mary’s Catholic church in Stanley, officiating, and internment was made in the Colby (Colby, Clark Co. Wis.) Cemetery. Pall bearers were Henry Aderhold, Frank Goeltz, Emil Wolk, Conrad Orth, Sr., Andrew Arendts and Peter Apfelbeck.

Miss Krepsky was born in Sheboygan on May 8, 1886, and received her education in Colby schools. She was a good Christian, of a kindly and friendly disposition and had many friends in Colby, Wis.

Surviving are nieces and nephews - George Krepsky and Mrs. Clarence (Genevieve) Neck of Minneapolis, Minn., Alvin Holtzhausen of Abbotsford, Emma Holtzhausen of Nashville, Tenn., and Ethel Wallis of Atlanta, Ga. A sister and three brothers preceded her in death.
