Fecker, Leone (Marriage - 22 Nov. 1943)

Mr. and Mrs. John Fecker announce the marriage of their daughter, Leone ? to Walter H. Botkin, seaman first class, of Exeter, Calif.

In a candle light service on Monday evening, Nov. 22, at 8:00 o’clock, marriage vows were exchanged in the Congregational church at Wrightwood Avenue at Chicago. The Rev. Beal performed the double ring ceremony.

For the occasion, the bride wore a frock of white wool with black accessories and a corsage of red and white ?.

Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Haberling, ? of the bridal couple, were the only attendants. Mrs. Haberling wore a brown wool dress with yellow accessories and a corsage of yellow and white roses.

After a short furlough which ended Thanksgiving day, the groom returned to his base in Norfolk, Va.

The bride who is employed in Chicago, will continue to reside there.
