Antwine, Elwyn (1913? - 21 Jan. 1946)

Edwyn Antwine, 33, died at St. Joseph’s hospital, Marshfield, Monday afternoon at 3:15. He had been a patient there since Jan. 13. The body lay in state at the Baxter-Ritger Funeral Home at Marshfield and was taken to Janesville for funeral services and burial.

Mr. Antwine was born in Eau Claire and was married Sept. 28, 1937, at Dubuque, Iowa. About five months ago the Antwine family came from Janesville and he found employment at the Streckert Lumber and Supply, and later at the Northwest Distributing Co., Colby, Wis. He was ill only a short time before being taken to the hospital at Marshfield.

He is survived by his widow, Beulah, and three children, Leebert, Frank and Jeannine. His father, George Antwine, and brother, Frank, of Janesville, and a sister, Mrs. H. Lane, Milwaukee, also survive.
