In the matter of the Estate of Oliver G. Brooks, deceased.

Notice is hereby given that by virtue and in pursuance of an order of license in said matter on the 17^th day of March 1914, the undersigned Emma Brooks, administratrix of the estate of Oliver H. brooks on the 4^th day of May 1914 at 11 o’clock am in front of the Chili State bank in the Town of Fremont in Clark County, offer for sale at public auction, the following described land situated in the County of Clark to witt:

The South East quarter of the North East quarter, the North West quarter of the South East quarter and the North East quarter of the South East quarter of Section Twenty Five (25) North of Range One (1) East in Clark County Wisconsin.

The Terms of the sale will be Forty Percent or over in cash and the balance secured by a first mortgage on the property sold.
