Lippert, Alvena #2 (25 NOV 1880 - 5 OCT 1908)

Monday afternoon Miss Alvena Lippert died at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Lippert, after an illness of many years. She was born in Madison Nov. 25, 1880, and when she was five years of age her mother died. Nineteen years ago she came to Neillsville (Clark Co., Wis.) with her father and step-mother and has lived here up to the time of her demise. When she was a little girl of about twelve years of age her hip was injured in a fall while at play, and she has been practically helpless ever since. She was a patient sufferer and a young lady of more than average intelligence. Though she was unable to associate daily with her many friends, yet she was with them in thought if not in mind, for her lovable characteristics endeared her in the hearts of all who knew her. She is survived by her parents, one brother and two sisters and eight half-brothers and sisters.

Friday morning services will be held at the Lutheran Church at 9:30 o’clock, after which the remains will be taken to Madison for burial.
