Brouiant, Joseph (? - 26 Apr 1909)
Joseph Brouiant, the Cuban veteran of the Civil War, who has made his home here (Neillsville, Clark Co., Wis.) for some years, died Monday night. Brouiant was born in Cuba and came to this country about the time of the outbreak of the Civil War, losing one arm during his term of service. He leaves three small children, one adopted by Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Dresden. Brouiant was an inoffensive old man, but often allowed his kind-heartedness to be imposed upon.
