Saupe, Martha #2 (10 JUN 1909)

Last Thursday morning at the home of the bride, occurred the marriage of Mr. Frank J. Stannard and Miss Martha Saupe.  Rev. Brandt performed the ceremony.  The bride and groom left on the noon train for Minneapolis, and this week will start for their new home at Wenatchee, Wash.

Mr. Stannard is a son of Mr. and Mrs. John Stannard and is a very capable young man.  He has been prominent for several years in the local military company and was first sergeant at the time of his recent resignation.  He recently completed his commercial course in the business college and is a rapid and efficient stenographer.

Mrs. Stannard has been a valued employee at the Times office for four years, and during this term of services has demonstrated herself as a most efficient and faithful employee.  She is a bright and intelligent young lady of a most winning disposition, and she leaves this office to the sincere regret of the publisher and her associates in the office.  The most sincere well wishes of the Times force goes with Mr. and Mrs. Stannard.
