Butler's Corners
Misses Martha and Grace Poquette arrived at the Corners the 20 of June to pay their aunt, Mrs. Ed Powell, a visit. They came from El Paso.
John Gilbert from Stanley, was at the Corners June 19 on business concerning the N. W. L. Co. lands.
Last Tuesday A. Noah and Wm. Toburen drove to town 27, range 4 west to accept turnpiking.
Last Friday Wm. C. Butler and wife took in the sights at Thorp, likewise did Jim Brown and wife.
Last Thursday Jim Butler went to Thorp and will not return until after the 4th of July.
