Wiersig, Julius H. (30 Sept. 1873 - 14 Aug. 1957) 
 

Word has been received of the death of Julius H. Wiersig, 83, on Aug. 14, at Phoenix, Arizona. Internment was made in Greenwood Memorial Park, following services at Zion Lutheran church. 
 

Mr. and Mrs. Wiersig moved to a farm, now owned by William Pupp, in 1917 and lived there for 20 years. Mr. Wiersig operated a milk route in Abbotsford and was also a carpenter by trade. He moved to Wausau in 1950. 
 

Surviving him are his widow and daughter, Mrs. Selma Tepe, of Phoenix; a sister, Mrs. Henry Runzheimer, Colby; and three brothers, Ed, of Elkhart Lake; Walter and Rudolph, of Colby. Two brothers preceded him in death. They were Otto, Milwaukee and Ewald, Colby.
