Johnson, Albin (31 Dec. 1893 - 11 May 1958) 
 

Funeral services for Albin Johnson, 65, who died at 8:45 a.m. May 11 in General hospital, Minneapolis, were held this afternoon at 2:00 o’clock at the Zink Funeral Home. Internment was made in the Abbotsford cemetery. The Rev. Lawrence Faivre of the Presbyterian church officiated at the services during which Miss Jessie Merrill sang "The Lights of Home," and "Abide with Me." Mrs. Faivre was her accompanist. 
 

Pallbearers were Leo Bauer, Arvid Carlson, Henry Hingiss, William Kalepp, Albert Leichtnam, and Frank Lukas. 
 

Mr. Johnson was born Dec. 31, 1893, and spent his early years in the town of Mayville, two miles west of Abbotsford. He was a salesman for Jacks Mfg. Co., in Minneapolis, for a number of years. 
 

Surviving him are a brother, Axel, of Abbtotsford, and a sister, Mrs. Sevold (Edna) Hanson. 
 

Out of town persons attending the funeral were Mr. Sevold Hanson of Scanlon, and Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Nimis of St. Paul, Minn.
