De Noble, Nancy Ellen (Marriage - 27 Nov. 1958) 
 

Miss Nancy Ellen De Noble became the bride of Earl Liston Furlow, Jr., who is a pitcher for the Fox City Foxes of Appleton, in a double ring ceremony at 11:00 a.m. on Thanksgiving day at St. Theresa’s Catholic church, Appleton. The Rev. Robert Vandenberg officiated at the services uniting the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chester De Noble of Appleton and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Liston Furlow, of Ft. Smith, Ark. 
 

The bride was escorted down the aisle by her father. 
 

The maid of honor was Miss Helen Rosenow, Menasha. The bride’s brother, Brian, of Appleton, attended as best man. 
 

Ushers were James Fischer and Robert Van Dyke, both of Appleton, team mates of the bridegroom on the Fox City team. 
 

At the end of the services, the bride presented her bouquet to the Blessed Mother. 
 

The couple was honored at a 12:30 p.m. dinner at Alex’s Supper Club. 
 

The bride is a graduate of Appleton high school and attended the National College of Education of Evanston, Ill. She was employed in the office of the Fox River Paper Company. 
 

The bridegroom is a graduate of the Ft. Smith high school and Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, Oklahoma. He also attended the College of the Ozarks at Clarksville, Ark. 
 

After a wedding trip to northern Wisconsin, the couple will reside in Appleton. 
 

Mr. and Mrs. Vern Steffen attended the wedding of her niece. The Chester De Noble family formerly lived at Abbotsford.
