Rosenquist, Justiana Elizabeth (15 June 1879 - 1 August 1956) 
 

Funeral services were conducted Saturday from the Bethany Lutheran Church at Owen for Mrs. Justiana Elizabeth Rosenquist, 77, who died Wednesday at her home in Withee.  The Rev. J. Saarinen officiated.  Burial was made in Riverside Cemetery. 
 

Mrs. Rosenquist was born June 15, 1879, in Vassa, Finland, and was married November 20, 1902, to John Rosenquist at Marquette, Mich. They resided in Marquette until 1912, when the family moved onto a farm northeast of Owen.  This was their home until 1938, when they retired and moved to Withee, where they have resided for the past eight years. 
 

She is survived by her husband and the following children: Hilma Gibbs and Harry Rosenquist of Waukegan, Ill.; Harvey of Withee; and 10 grandchildren.  She is also survived by two sisters who live in Finland. 
 

Pallbearers were: Henry Cass, John Sukarla, Solomon Laakso, Henry Pertunen and Hjalmer Heikkein. 
 

Those from away attending the services were: Hilma Gibbs and Carole, Harry Rosenquist, Mr. and Mrs. John Tapper and Mr. and Mrs. Norman Bakke, all of Waukegan, Ill.
