Witt, Frieda (09 MAY 1947)

 

Miss Frieda Witt, Y2/c, daughter of Mrs. LeaNora Witt of Abbotsford, and William Kolczycki, AM1/c, son of Mrs. Mary Kolczycki of Bound Brook, N. J., exchanged wedding vows at 7 o’clock May 9 at the B. A. Carters home in Corpus Christi, Tex.

 

Attendants were Ida Dolores Scott, SPS2/c, of California and James E. Hicks,AM3/c, of Pennsylvania. For the wedding the two couples wore the white summer navy uniforms, the bride wearing a corsage of gardenias and the maid of honor pink carnations. Both couples are stationed at the naval air station in Corpus Christi.

 

After the ceremony, a wedding dinner was served at the "Famous Dragon Grill" in Corpus Christi.

 

Their wedding trip took them to McAllen, Tex., and on across the border to Reynosa, Mexico.

 

Miss Witt, better known as Fritze, is a graduate of the Loyal high school and now is home to her friends at 2305 Buford street, Corpus Christi.

 

The Loyal Tribune extends to the young couple its wishes for happiness .
