York Township (17 November 1960)

The York Center Community club was to meet Wednesday at the home of Mrs. Fern Vandeberg for a Thanksgiving dinner.

Clark Grange will hold its Thanksgiving dinner at the town hall Tuesday evening.

Mrs. Jessie Richmond and son of Neillsville visited Mr. and Mrs. Julius Rennak Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Leland Hansen visited Dell Hickman and Armond Wachholz at Memorial Hospital Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Ahlborn and son of Minocqua visited Mr. and Mrs. Milford Rowe last weekend.

Mr. and Mrs. John Vandeberg and Dale Lee of Beaver Dam and Mr. and Mrs. Chester Vandeberg of Chicago visited relatives in York Center and Neillsville last weekend. They were dinner guests at the Ed Voigt home Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Milford Rowe and son visited Leander Olia and his daughter, Jane, in Osseo Sunday.

The Good Neighbor Homemakers club of York was to meet Wednesday afternoon at the home of Mrs. Harold Beilke.

Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence DeMert entertained at dinner Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Walter DeMert of Milwaukee, Mr. and Mrs. Oscar DeMert of Pine Valley, Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Meyer and Mark of Neillsville, and Mr. and Mrs. Art Lau and children of Stratford.
