Arik Tischendorf and Kate Sossaman were united in marriage on Oct 2, 2010 in Holcombe.

The bride is the daughter of Tracy and Noma Sossaman, Dorchester. The groom is the son of Russell and Barbara Tischendorf, Medford. 

The bride wore an ivory strapless dress with a plain shoulder length veil. Flowers were red and orange roses with fall foliage. 

Flower girl was Maya Dedrickson, Ladysmith.

Maid of honor was Rachel Sossaman, Madison, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Meagan Braun, Wausau and Samantha Smith, Dorchester.

Best man was Tony Shilt, Wausau, cousin of the groom. Groomsmen were Slate Buehler, Dorchester, Seth Pinter, Dorchester, and Hunter Buehler, Medford. 

Photographer was Tonya Sargent, Colby.

Music during the ceremony was provided by Sound Storm.  

A reception was held at Stetsonville Centennial Hall, with 350 guests attending.

The couple honeymooned in Jamaica.

The bride is a 2008 graduate of Colby High School and is currently employed as a loan processor at AbbyBank in Weston. 

The groom is a 2005 graduate of Medford High School and is a 2006 graduate of NTC. He is currently employed as a fabricator/welder at Merrill Iron and Steel in Weston. 

The couple resides in Mosinee.
