The Thursday night Canasta Club held its’ first get together last week at the home of Mrs. Edward Brown, who was hostess for the evening.  Prizes were awarded to Mrs. Robert Lulloff and Mrs. Gerry Olsen.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Vern Gardner entertained guests Sunday in honor of the baptism of their youngest daughter, Wendy Alyne.  Godparents are her uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Kollmansberger.  Other guests present were Mr. and Mrs. William Tucker, Mrs. Floyd Gardner, Mrs. Mary Herdrich, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Gotter, and Miss Barbara Sommer.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Seidleman of Owen returned Monday from an eight day trip to the southern part of the state.  They visited at Milwaukee, Pewaukee, Waukesha, Watertown, Ft. Atkeinson and Jefferson.

 

Miss Jeanne Christenson, Milwaukee, spent the weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Christenson.  Sunday the Christensons took their daughter to Wis. Rapids to visit her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Anthofer.  From there she returned to Milwaukee.
