Star Corner (1 September 1938)

 

Mr. F. Preston and daughter spent Sunday afternoon in the W. P. Boller home.

 

Mr. and Mrs. H. Keuer and E. Conrad and mother, Miss Ida Conrad spent Sunday afternoon at Rudolph to admire the Grotto.

 

Mrs. G. Williams and daughter Mrs. O. Schier and son Charles accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Riedel and son Ralph to Milwaukee, last week to spent (spend) a few days with relatives.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Keuer and two daughters, of Loyal, and Ed Wiesner and Miss Rose Maeder and Herbert Fredrickson ahd supper in the Ernest Keuer home.

 

Miss Arline Keuer had dinner in the Albert Fredrickson home Sunday.

 

The Mayflower School opened Monday, with Miss Loretta Shield as teacher.

 

Miss Edna Keuer and Mildred Williams went to Riplinger, to start school Monday morning, they are teaching in a state graded school at that place.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Keuer and Ernest Keuer went to Black River Falls Sunday.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Charles Wiesner, Granton, and Mrs. Ernest Keuer spent last week Friday visiting relatives at Neillsville.

 

Joe Wilhelm called on Ray Keuer Monday.

 

Miss Bernice Fredrickson called on Arline Keuer Saturday.

 

Mrs. Ray Keuer and baby helped her mother, Mrs. Oswald Pischer with canning last week.
