Johnston, Lew Edna #2 (19 NOV 1882 - 16 JAN 1955)

 

Pallbearers for the funeral of Mrs. Lew Edna Johnston, which was held in the Methodist Church at 2 p.m. Wednesday, were Tony Christman, Albert Davel, August Lemberg, Perry Volk, Jesse Raab and James Colby.

 

The hymns, "In the Garden" and "Beautiful Isle of Somewhere," were sung by Mrs. Calvin Prior and Mrs. G. W. Nelson, with Mrs. Byron Zepplin accompanying.

 

Relatives and friends from out of town who attended the service were Mr. and Mrs. Robert Johnston and daughters, Kay and Barbara, Wauwatosa; Herman Wittke, West Allis; Mrs. A. B. Bratburg, Musekgo; Mr. and Mrs. A. D. Carberry and Mrs. Nellie Amble, Prairie du Chien; Mr. and Mrs. Ed Pfahning and Mrs. C. Luber, Marshfield; Mr. and Mrs. Harry Weaver, Nekoosa; Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Haslow, Owen; and Mrs. Jennie Christman, Tony.
