Miss Barbara J. Storey became the bride of Duane C. Bassett, August 17th at the Chapel in the Garden, Angola, Indiana.

 

The double ring ceremony was performed by Rev. James Hailwood and they were attended by Miss Eunice J. Bassett, sister of the groom and Otto E. Mohler.

 

The bride wore a street length dress of baby blue with white accessories and corsage of red roses.

 

Miss Bassett wore blue also with white accessories. The groom and best man wore suits of beige flannel.

 

The newlyweds spent several days at Houghten Lake, Mich. and are now making their home in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

 

Duane, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Bassett, is well known here having grown to manhood near Loyal, while his bride is a Fort Wayne girl.
