Pietrzak, Theresa (30 JUN 1928)

A very charming wedding was solemnized at St. Mary's of the Angels Church at Chicago, Saturday morning, June 30, 1928. The nuptial high mass at ten o'clock united in marriage, Miss Theresa Pietrzak, daughter of Mr. Frank Pietrzak and Mr. Michael Cieslik, son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Cieslik of Thorp, Clark County, Wis. Following the ceremony a dinner was served to immediate friends and relatives. The bride was beautifully gowned in white satin and lace and a long veil of lace and tulle. She carried a bridal bouquet of white roses and lilies of the valley. The groom was attired in a tuxedo suit. The best man, Mr. Frank Sumiec also wore a tuxedo. Mr. Steve Remblek was usher. The bride was attended by Miss Wanda Makowski and Miss Genevieve Solchenberger. Both wore shell pink georgette dresses and hats to match and carried beautiful bouquets of pink roses. The bride and groom are both people of this community and highly esteemed by all. Mr. and Mrs. Cieslik immediately started on their wedding trip to eastern states, where they will visit relatives at New York, Buffalo and Connecticut. After their return they will make their home in Chicago, where the groom has an excellent position.
