Everett, Rollo G. (8 May 1906 - 14 November 1961)

Funeral services we held for Rollo G. Everett of rural Curtiss at 2 p.m. last Friday.

He died of a lingering illness November 14 at his home.  His health had been poor and he underwent major surgery within the last year.

He was born in Chicago, May 8, 1906, where he was educated.  He married Miss Sylvia Kodl on October 13, 1932. They moved onto a farm near Curtiss in 1948, where they had lived since.

His wife; two sons, John and Rollo, Jr.; 12 grandchildren; and three sisters and a brother George, survive.  His sisters, all of Chicago, are: Mrs. Ivan (Myrtle) Haas, Mrs. Walter (Ella) Kalpa and Miss Mabel Everett.  His brother also is from Chicago.

The Rev. Ralph Claybough presented the funeral service. Burial was made in Riverside Cemetery at Withee.
