Goetz, Mr. and Mrs. John  (05 June 1906-05 June 1956)

Tuesday, June 5, marked the Golden Wedding Anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. John Goetz. They were married in Tony, June 5, 1906. They lived at Tony for one and one-half years and then came to Clark County and have ever since lived in this area.

A Golden Wedding celebration for Mr. and Mrs. Goetz was held on Sunday at the home of their son Romie Goetz and family, on the home farm in Heintown. Dinner and supper were served and the honor guests received a substantial money gift.

Relatives attending the celebration were Mr. and Mrs. Robert Fenner and children, St. Paul, Minn; Mr. and Mrs. Joe Goetz and son Beaver Dam; Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Gallnski and Children, Spencer; Miss Marion Meyer, Milwaukee; Mr. and Mrs. William Knox and children, Wisconsin Dells; and from Loyal, Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Becker and children, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Noeldner and children, Miss Anna Goetz and Mr. and Mrs. Albert Meyer, Kenneth Goetz, who has recently received his discharge following two tears of Army service, was also present.
