Chili (10 February 1911)

A Masquerade dance will be given Saturday night at the M. W.A. Hall.

Casey Brothers show appeared on the stage of the M. W. A. Hall Monday night.  It was quite a little above the average of those that generally show here.  A feature was the mesmerism where by a young lady was kept floating in the air, unsupported for quite a while. An unusual large crowd attended the performance.

H. Koser of this place will take orders for pianos. He has been quite successful so far and his pianos give good satisfaction.

H. Degener has a few ranges which he will sell to the trade at a good large discount.

Clark Waterman was in Marshfield on business between trains Wednesday.

Harry Mundt and Otto Kempin came down from Athens this week.  Otto says that he may return to Athens within a week or so.

Herman Koser transacted business at Granton Tuesday.

Dr. Ross of Granton was a professional caller here Tuesday.
