Willie Behling was sawing wood and cutting feed in this neighborhood Monday.

 

Chas. Attenberg was a Lindsey caller Monday afternoon.

 

Won’t the pork be high when pigs begin to fly.

 

William Backhausen is helping James Quicker cut logs and cord wood.

 

The snowstorm blockaded all traffic; hence not much news this week.

 

The J.W. Neinas family spent Sunday at R. Guk’s.

 

Fred Grottke and Fred Dopp are going to attend the inauguration of President Wilson March 4th at Chili.

 

Mrs. Fred Zuehlke had a rag and quilting bee last Thursday afternoon.

 

We digested our compliments without the aid of physics and hope Fremont was able to do likewise.

 

Mrs. Emil Lindow was a caller at the John Altenberg home last Thursday.

 

A short time ago a London doctor stated that in fifty years one half of the entire world would be insane.  He must be either a drunkard or was talking through his hat, for anyone with half an eye and a small piece of brain can see that ninety percent are already affected.

 

W. and C. Guk returned from Tripoli the fore part of the week.
