Steiger, Ella (26 June 1895 - 9 July 1963)

 

Funeral services are scheduled for Friday afternoon at 2 p.m. at Immanuel United Church, four miles northwest of Greenwood for Mrs. Ella Steiger.

 

Mrs. Steiger, the mother of E. J. Steiger, secretary and manager of the Production Credit Association of Neillsville died Tuesday morning in an Eau Claire hospital after an extended illness. She was 68.

 

The Rev. W. C. Koehler of the United Church at Neillsville will be in charge of the service. Burial will be made in the West Side Cemetery.

 

Mrs. Steiger, nee Ella Reineking, was born June 26, 1895. Her husband preceded her in death March 15, 1948.

 

She is survived by: three daughters, Mrs. Carl (Evelyn) Mitschka of Milwaukee, Mrs. Gordon (Marian) Nielson of Waupaca and Mrs. Dale (Beatrice) Syth of Eau Claire; two sons, Kenneth of Greenwood and Ervin J. of Neillsville; and by five sisters, Mrs. Albert (Lydia) Miller of Greenwood, Mrs. Mada Vollrath of Los Angeles, Calif., Mrs. Amelia Decker of Kirby, Mont., Miss Thelma Reineking of Milwaukee and Mrs. William (Hilda) Becker, also of Milwaukee; and by a brother, Arthur Reineking of Watertown.
