H. Olson delivered a veal calf to Granton Tuesday.

 

Milton Huntley is working for R. E. Lawrence.

 

Class No. 2 called on their Sunday school teacher, Mrs. Mortimer, Friday and helped her celebrate her birthday.

 

There will be a basket sociable at the school house in District No. 2 Wednesday night, February 7th.

 

A cordial invitation is extended to all.

 

Horace and Roy Lawrence pressed hay for Dan Timerson on the Alton farm, Wednesday and Thursday.

 

The Ladies Aid met at Mrs. Sadie Rowe’s, Wednesday, January 31.

 

There was a dance at Hein Friday night.

 

Miss Beulah Lawrence and Newt Turner called on the former’s father Melvin Lawrence, Sunday.

 

Herman Jahr and Mr. Cooper of Wausau were in this vicinity Friday taking orders for soap.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Mortimer and Mr. and Mrs. E. G. Rowe took dinner with Mrs. S. Mortimer, Friday.

 

Ted O’Brien helped Wm. O’Brien Tuesday.

 

The Royal Neighbors installed their officers Thursday for the coming year.

 

Wm. O’Brien cut cornstalks for Hans Olson, Saturday.

 

Frankie Greeler went to Madison the fore part of the week to attend agricultural school.  He intends to be gone a week.
