Greenwood (29 August 1963)

 

The Walter League of Christie and Greenwood had a skating party at Hatfield Tuesday evening.

 

Mrs. Louis Kaudy and Mary Kaudy spent Saturday evening at the Ed Struensee home in Neillsville.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Harry Richardson entertained company y from Zion last weekend.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Meinhardt and son, Ronald, visited last week in Chicago at the home of Mr. and Mrs. William Schimke and sons. They also called on Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Dieringer in Des Plaines, Ill.  On their return trip they visited her cousin, Harold Hartwick and his family, in Racine.

 

Judy Kay Kohlnhofer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Kohlnhofer, entertained classmates Sunday afternoon in honor of her 13th birthday. Guests were Judith Brux, Gail Carteron, Margery Petkovsek, Rita Bushman and Rita Jasurda.

 

Mrs. Harlan Amundson was dismissed last week Wednesday from Memorial Hospital in Neillsville, where she was a patient for a week.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Dale Vollrath and son, Terrance, of Green Bay, and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Vollrath, returned Friday morning after a two-week tour of eastern states.  They visited in Pennsylvania, Washington, D. C., and Niagara Falls.  The other Vollrath children remained at the Norman Reineking home in Colby, during their parents’ absence. They all returned to Green Bay Friday.
