Wall, Penny (Marriage - 19 June 1965)
Miss Penny Wall, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Woodrow G. Wall of Withee, exchanged marriage vows with Philip Hoeser, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hoeser of Neillsville in a double ring ceremony solemnized Saturday in Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Owen. Performing the ceremony was the Rev. Crubel.
The bride entered the church with her father attired in a floor-length gown of Angel mist taffeta. Long, tapered sleeves and a scoop neckline complimented the fitted bodice. The dome skirt was styled with unpressed pleats, highlighted by a Watteau panel. A cloche of organza petals and pearl trim held her bouffant veil of sheer illusion. She carried a heart-shaped bouquet of baby pink roses and carnations.
Mrs. Norbert Hoeser was matron-of-honor. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Woodrow A. Wall and Mrs. Kenneth Stevens. The attendants wore floor-length dresses of peau taffeta in pink, maize and aqua, styled with elbow-length sleeves and bateau necklines. A lace banding at the waistlines accented the "A" line of their skirts. Bouffant bustle veils were secured to petal cloches. Each attendant carried a single rose matching her dress.
Norbert Hoeser was bestman. Groomsmen were Joe Sweizers and Harry Hebling.
Mr. and Mrs. Hoeser are residing in Amery.
