Mr. Hammel of Pittsville, the Baraboo nursery man, stayed at W.P. Boller’s Wednesday night.

 

Mr. & Mrs. A. Vogel’s baby Arthur that was sick for over a week is nearly all well.

Mrs. H. Riedel had a feather been last Thursday.  We all had a good time and a fine supper.

 

Miss Esther Grassman had a feather bee Saturday.  Al the young ladies were invited.

 

W.P. Boller has the lumber for a new blacksmith shop which he intends building within the next few days.

 

Mr. A. Reimer and Mr. A. Voigt made a business trip to Granton Saturday.

 

Miss Sadie Bass returned home Saturday from Rochester, Minn.

 

Carlton Boller called at E. Nitschke’s Monday evening.

 

Mr. W.P. Boller called at Mrs. A. Vogel’s Friday.

 

W. Ginther and the Schier boys were hauling wood for A. Voigt Saturday.

 

Mrs. A. Bentz called at Vogel’s one days last week.

 

Mrs. Annie Lutis and children visited at A. Voigt’s Sunday afternoon.

 

Mr. and Mrs. G. Redman and Mr. and Mrs. R. Davis had New Year’s dinner with W.F. Boller and family.

 

Mrs. E. Keuer and Mrs. Mrs. C. Wiesner helped Mrs. F. Zille make sausage last Friday.

 

Misses Esther, Emma and Alma Grassman spent a pleasant evening at H. Riedel’s Sunday.

 

John Goebel lost a valuable horse a few days ago.

 

Mr. and Mrs. H. Grassman of Granton spent New Year’s with the Fred Grassman family.

 

Misses Lydia and Elsie, and Arnold Nitschke called at W.P. Boller’s on New Year’s Day.

 

Mr. Phillip Breseman returned from Altoona on Monday.

 

Miss Otillie Wiesner came home from Marshfield Saturday and stayed until Tuesday.

 

Alfred Riedel called on his fiend Carlton Boller Tuesday evening.

 

Grandma Lustig spent New Year’s Day with Grandma Keuer.

 

W. Ginther, F. Zille and Schier’s all sawed wood Tuesday.

 

The E. Keuer and August and Will Dankemyer families were entertained at F. Hankey’s New Year’s Day.

 

Grassman’s and Riedel’s have begun hauling their stock from down east.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Ed Wiesner and Mrs. E. Keuer and children had Sunday dinner with Mr. and Mrs. C. Wiesner.

 

Mr. and Mrs. R. Gotter and little daughter spent Sunday at P. Breseman’s.

 

Mr. J.A. Miller made a business trip to Granton Wednesday.

 

Mr. A. Bentz took a sleigh load from here Wednesday to the church society meet at the minister’s.
