Star Corner (27 October 1911)

 

Mr. A. J. Lammers of Foemmel’s Corners and brother-in-law of Sheboygan County spent Wednesday with C. F. Preston.

 

Philip Breseman and Ernest Nitschke celebrated their birthday Tuesday evening by inviting a few friends in the Nitschke home. A midnight supper was served, after which they departed for their homes having spent a very pleasant evening.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Keuer spent Tuesday in Neillsville.

 

P. E. Kampin, cheese buyer for C. E. Odell & Co. took dinner with F. Preston, Tuesday.

 

Arnie and Elsie Grassman and Martin Krause and Anna Teatz spent Friday evening at Ralph Mayhews.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Frank Preston spent Sunday at R. T. Washburn’s.

 

Otto Yankee, P. Breseman, J. Shier, R. Mayhew, E. Nitschke and Mrs. Anna Lustig delivered cattle to Granton Tuesday.

 

Rudie Speiser is helping Charles Moths cut corn.

 

Miss Olga Speiser visited with her sister, Mrs. John Henning last week.

 

The Misses Margaret Reisner, Verna and Lorna Keifer, Lottie Albrecht, Gertrude and Susie Faber and Violet Garbush visited with Olga and Elsie Speiser, Sunday afternoon, also John Henning and family.
