Kronberg, Peter (16 NOV 1872 - 4 JUN 1960)

Peter Kronberg, 87, passed away June 4, 1960 at Victory Memorial Hospital, Stanley.

Mr. Kronberg, a retired farmer, was born in Sweden.  He came to America in 1886, settling near Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.) on a small farm where he lived all of his life.  On Dec. 20, 1894 he married Katherine Clark at Boyd, Wis.

Funeral services were held at the Thorp Funeral Home on Monday, June 6, with Rev. C. Ward officiating.  Burial was in East Thorp Cemetery.

Surviving are one daughter, Maud Kulwiec, one granddaughter, ruby Ropella, and one brother, Mike Kronberg.  He is preceded in death by his wife, one daughter and one son.

Pallbearers were: Bill Ramer, Eddie Alger, Kenneth Lindquist, Al Lee, Gene Wilhelm and Jay Alger.
