Granton (10 August 1967)

Mr. and Mrs. Durward Schwarze have returned from a business trip to Minneapolis, Minn.

Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Garbisch and family returned home the first of the week from a vacation trip to Milwaukee.

Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Kademan and sons of Curtiss, Miss Wanda Kammerer of Marshfield and Mr. and Mrs. Norman Vanderwyst and baby were supper guests last week Wednesday at the LaVerne Vanderwyst home.

Mr. and Mrs. Ace Hill and two children of Poughkeepsie, N. Y., visited Thursday with her mother, Mrs. Lloyd Spry. Mrs. Charles Anderson and baby of Wild Rose, with whom the Hill family were Wednesday overnight guests, accompanied them to Granton to visit her mother.

Mrs. Lloyd Spry accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Phelps Spry to Richland Center Sunday, where they attended a Huffman family reunion.

Mrs. Verla Hales is spending this week in Clintonville with her daughter, Mrs. William Miller and family.

Mrs. Allen Reed and two children of Pine Dale, Wyo., were guests one day last week at the William Schmidtke home.

Mr. and Mrs. Harlowe Gourlie and John of Lakeland, Fla., who are visiting friends and relatives in the Granton and Chili areas, visited Monday with Mr. and Mrs. William Schmidtke.
