Grambort, Gilbert (7 JUL 1910 - 9 FEB 1963)

Gilbert Grambort of 10432 Forest Home Drive, Hales Corners, Wis., ided Saturday evening after a prolonged illness. He was 52 years old. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the George Horgwardt Funeral Home, West Allis, and burial was made at West Allis.

Mr. Grambort was born at Colby (Clark Co., Wis.) July 7, 1910, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Grambort. He was married to Miss Verna Gosse at Colby Oct. 8, 1938.

He worked with his father as a stock buyer and continued in that work after the death of his father. He also was in the tavern business at Abbotsford for a time.

Three years ago, Mr. and Mrs. Grambort moved from Abbotsford to Hales Corners.

He is survived by his wife and four sisters and four brothers, Miss Malena Grambort, Mrs. E.W. (Antonia) Doyle and Fred Grambort of Chicago, Miss Edna Grambort, San Francisco, Calif., Mrs. Lester (Dorice) Guetschow, Stevens Point, Everett, Kalamazoo, Mich., and Edwin, Abbotsford.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Mrs. A.F. (Alberta) Lidman, and a brother, Walter, who died June 11, 1960.
