Eugene Faude (1919 - 2000)


Former Medford resident Eugene Faude, 80, Milwaukee, died Monday, March 13 at Shorewood Heights Nursing Home in Milwaukee.


Services were held on Thursday, March 16 at the Family Center at Wisconsin Memorial Park in Milwaukee, where he will later be buried.


Eugene Faude was born on March 30, 1919 at Medford, to the late Ernst and Selma (Grietsch) Faude. He served in the Navy during WWII. He then farmed in Loyal for a period of time. He moved to Milwaukee until his retirement and moved back to Medford for a time before moving back to Milwaukee.


He is survived by his wife, Carolyn, Milwaukee two daughters, Jean (Bill) Lang, Arkansas, and Margaret (Kurt) Voss, Milwaukee two sons, Herb (Carla), and Ross, both of Milwaukee three brothers, Glen, Dousman, Harley (Iris), Gilman, and Alvin (Patricia), Withee and one sister, Marcella (Bruno) Schindler, Owen, Clark Co., WI.


In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, William one brother, Roy and one sister, Bernice Holmes.
