Cecil Ray Looker was born 2 June 1894, in Bloom City, Richland, Wisconsin.  He died 7 July 1979 in Clark, Wisconsin.  He is buried in the Riverside Cemetery, Withee, Wisconsin.  He married Freda Elizabeth Fogo of Owen, WI, 13 Feb 1918.  She was the daughter of Thomas William Fogo (1876-1956) and Beatrice Sandmire (1881-1925) who had married 30 Mar 1899.  They also had a son Jacob Wallace Fogo (1903-1958).  When Freda died in Owen, WI, a year and a week after Cecil Ray, the family placed her next to him.

 

The Lookers had four children: Lois Geraldine Looker,21 Aug 1919–25 Jul 1929;  Emil Ray Looker, 20 Jul 1922–11 Jun 1987 1987; Thomas W Looker, 1929–2012 and Glenn Looker, 1932–20 Sep 1990.
