OBITUARY OF MINNA PIEPER
Minna Pieper, nee Nagel, died Saturday, Dec. 30, 1939, at the age of 67 years, 8 months and 3 days.  Death was caused by diabetes and complications.
The deceased was born in Germany, April 27, 1872, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Nagel.  On Nov. 9, 1893, she was married to August Pieper at Hustisford, Dodge Co.  After living in Dodge Co. for seven years the couple came to Clark Co. and established a home in Beaver Township.  They lived in the Town of Beaver during the entire 39 years since their arrival in 1900.
She is survived by her husband and their three sons and two daughters.  The sons and daughters are Reinhardt, Greenwood  Alma Breseman, Granton  Lorna Fohrman, Greenwood  Bernard and Arnold, Greenwood.
Surviving also are two brothers, Ernest of Woodland and William of Abbotsford  and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services were held here Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Trinity American Lutheran Church, Rev. J.C. Langholz officiating.  The Trinity choir furnished the music.  Interment was in the Lutheran Cemetery.  The pallbearers were Reinhardt Peiper, Bernard Pieper, Arnold Pieper, Wm. Breseman and Algarnon Breseman.
Relatives from away attending the funeral included Wm. Nagel, Mr. and Mrs. Leo Bauman, Robert Tesner, Abbotsford  Mr. and Mrs. Emil Radloff and son Elmer, Corn  Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph Pieper from Ridge  Robert and daughter Esther Roy Rutz, Burnett  Mr. and Mrs. Herb Steuber, Hartford  Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Pieper, Clyman  Mr. and Mrs. J. Stolmeister and daughter Gladys, Stratford  Mr. and Mrs. Aug. Sell, Curtiss  and Mrs. Bob Dempsey.
