Wolff, William (21 JAN 1905 - 7 JUL 1963)

Funeral services for William Wolff, 58, Edgar, route 1, were held Wednesday, July 10, at Peace Lutheran Church in the town of Frankfurt (Marathon Co., Wis.).

Mr. Wolff died at his home in the town of Frankfort at 5:45 a.m. Sunday following a heart attack.

The Rev. August Zaiser officiated at the services at 2 p.m. Burial followed in the church cemetery.

The Lulloff Funeral Home at Colby was in charge of arrangements.

William Henry Wolff was born Jan. 21, 1905 in Sisseton, S.D. He was married to Hilda Mielke in Chicago July 9, 1928, and the couple lived there until 1944, when they moved to a farm in the town of Frankfurt.

They had lived there for the past 19 years. He was a member of the Peace Lutheran Church and had been serving as a trustee of church at the time of his death.

He is survived by his wife, two sons, Elmer and Albert, Edgar, route 1, and two daughter, Mrs. Robert (Alice) Ballerstein of Colby and Mrs. Joseph (Margaret) Altman of Marshfield. There are eight grandchildren.

His mother, Mrs. Henry Wolff of Chicago, also survives him, and there are five sisters and a brother still living.

They are Mrs. George (Betty) Thompson of California;, Mrs. Elmer (Hilda) Rosen of Chicago; Minnie Wolff of Chicago; Mrs. Martin (Emma) Hagen of Chicago; Ernest Wolff of Downers Grove, Ill., and Mrs. Ed (Anna) Golasinski of Chicago.
