Elizabeth Hannie (16 April 1845 - February 14. 1919 – Tombstone Reading)

Elizabeth Hennie

Mrs. Elizabeth Hennie passed away at the home of her daughter-in-law, Mrs. John

Hennie, Friday, February 14, 1918. Aged 73 years, 4 months and 10 days.

Elizabeth Bigler was born in Switzerland, October 4, 1845. She was united in

Marriage to Carl Hennie in that country and in 1880 they came to the United States,

Where the deceased has since resided. Mr. Hennie passed away in 1912. Five children

Survive their mother: Fred, Chris and Adolph, of Fairbury, Illinois; Charles, of Colby, Wis.,

And Mrs. Martha Gehring, of Logan, Oklahoma. The deceased was a kind and loving

Mother and an excellent woman.



The funeral was held from the south apostolic church Tuesday and was largely

attended.
