#24--Autograph

We've uncovered piece of artwork by  Mr.Clarence Boyce Monegar.   Not much is known about it except that my wife's Grandfather Mr. McWaters (Crookston,MN) had been storing it in an old chest along with some war memorabilia and letters from the 1920-30's. The artwork is dated '35.  Any comments or other numbers I could contact to verify this piece would be greatly appreciated.
