Rothenberger, Daniel “Deno” B. (2 October 1983 – 27 November 2020)

Daniel “Deno” B. Rothenberger, age 37, of Colby, died on Friday, November 27, 2020 as the result of an automobile accident.

Deno was born on October 2, 1983, the son of Brian and Mary (Williams) Rothenberger in Medford. He graduated from Athens High School in 2002. On October 31, 2020, Deno was united in marriage to Jamie Syryczuk. Deno was employed at Nestle in Medford. He enjoyed farming, taking his children on adventures and spending time outdoors hunting and fishing. Deno had a gentle soul and wore his heart on his sleeve. He loved fully and without limits. Deno always had time for a story or two. He lived life to the fullest.

Deno is survived by his wife, Jamie of Medford; his four children: Alexander, Jaydon, Dixie and Cooper; his step-children, Ben and Ariel; his parents: Brian and Mary of Athens; two sisters: Tonya (Lonny) Klabon of Withee and Carrie (Jeremy) Schreiner of Athens. He is further survived by his maternal grandmother, Dorothy Roerig of Kaukauna, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, LeRoy and Darlene Rothenberger and his maternal grandfather, Marvin Williams.

A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. at the Maurina-Schilling Funeral Home in Abbotsford. We encourage those in attendance to abide by the Covid-19 guidelines by sanitizing, wearing a mask (if able) and social distancing.
