Kelley, Mark Steven (31 December 1957 – 28 November 2020)

Mark S. Kelley, 62, of Dorchester, passed away on Saturday, November 28, 2020 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.

To honor Mark’s wishes, there will be no formal memorial service at this time however his family intends to hold a celebration of his life next summer.

Mark was born on December 31, 1957 in Marshfield, the son of George and Beatrice (Vanden Avond) Kelley. Mark’s career as a professional truck driver took him all over this country and he logged tens of 1000’s of miles. For those who were not sure of some route somewhere, they could call Mark and instantly he knew the best way to get there. He was a good-humored guy and the best story and joke teller. He enjoyed being out on the water in his boat or hitting the trails on his UTV and snowmobile. Sometimes, you could find him out on the golf course showing off his wicked swing. But most of all he absolutely loved to hang out with his family.

He is survived by his siblings: Patrick (Lois) Kelley of Scottsdale, AZ, Nancy (Richard) Brown of North Fort Myers, FL, Mary Nimz of Wausau, John Kelley of Paradise Valley, AZ and Pamela (Alan) Prestebeck of Dorchester along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Mark is preceded in death by his parents, George and Beatrice; his sister-in-law, Mary Kelley and his brother-in-law, Carl Nimz.

His arrangements are under the care of Life Tributes Funeral Home-Spencer. Please visit www.lifetributesfuneralhome.com  to share thoughts and condolences.
