Siems, Helen Marie (18 April 1928 – 25 November 2000)

Helen M. Siems, 72, 630 Pepper Ave., formerly of Port Edwards, died Saturday, Nov. 25, 2000, at Pines Living Center in Friendship.

Helen was born April 18, 1928, in Neillsville to Helmuth and Mina (Westphal) Siems.

She was employed by Georgia-Pacific Corp. (Nekoosa Papers Inc.). Port Edwards Division, for 40 years retiring in June 1990.

Survivors include two brothers, Floyd (Lila) Siems and Henry (Barbara) Siems, both of Wis. Rapids. She was predeceased by her parents and one brother James Siems.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the United Methodist Church in Port Edwards. Friends may call at Feldner/Ritchay Funeral Home in Nekoosa, from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, and at the church on Wednesday from noon until the time of service. The Rev. Rebecca Neal Niese will officiate. Burial will be in the village of Port Edwards Cemetery.
