O’Reilly, Thomas J. (24 Aug. 1893 - 8 Nov. 1976)

Services were at 10:30 a.m. Fri. at St. John’s Catholic Church for Thomas J. O’Reilly, 83, of 103 E. Harrison St. He died Mon. at the Marshfield Convalescent Center.

Officiating was the Rev. George C. Passehl, associate pastor. The vocalists, Miss Carol Wesley and Frank Wesley, were accompanied at the organ by Mrs. Frank Wesley. Mr. Wesley also served as liturgist.

The Rev. Joseph N. Henseler, pastor of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, in Neillsville, conducted committal rites at the parish cemetery there. Military rites were conducted by the American Legion Post No. 73, of Neillsville. Melvin Marg commanded the firing squad and presented the flag, and Duane Dux served as bugler.

Pallbearers were David and Robert Bertz, Edward Bogdonovich, Michael Popic, Alfred King, and Richard, Greg and Jerry O’Reilly.
