Bray, Arthur L. (27 June 1943 - 11 Apr. 2004)

PHILLIPS -- Arthur Lewis Bray Jr., 60, Phillips, died in the Pleasant View Nursing Home in Phillips, on Sun. April 11, 2004.

He was born in Marshfield on June 27, 1943, the son of Arthur and Shirley (Nelson) Bray. He served his country in the U.S. Army. He was married to Sarah Trachte in Pittsville on April 16, 1966. He was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church of Phillips. He was employed by the Public Works Department of the City of Phillips.

He is survived by his wife, Sarah; his mother, Shirley Bray, Pittsville; four brothers, Robert, Newport, Calif., William, Amarillo, Texas, Ronald (Gena), Camarillo, Calif., and Roger, Vesper; and three sisters, Lois Fait, Milwaukee, Ruth Morzewski, Vesper, and Mary (Butch) Schiller, Pittsville. He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur L. Bray Sr.

The family will receive visitors at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Phillips from 9:30 a.m. until 11 a.m. on Wed., April 14.

The Heindl Funeral Home in Phillips is in charge of the arrangements.
