ARTHUR E. DEMING, attorney at Marshfield, was born at Vienna, Dane Co., Wis., March 29, 1856. He is a son of Joseph and Betsy Fisher Deming, who still reside on their farm in Vienna. He received a common school and academic education. Taught school two terms. Studied law with Burr Jones, Esq., of Madison, and pursued the full course in the law school, and was graduated at the State University at Madison. He came to Marshfield and commenced business as an attorney, Feb. 20, 1880.
